VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture) recorded sales of 7221 units in December 2022 as compared to 6154 units in December 2021 recording a growth of 17.3%. This includes 7003 units of Eicher brand and 218 units of Volvo brand.
Following are the key highlights for December 2022:
• Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 7003 units in December 2022 as compared to 6002 units in December 2021 representing a growth of 16.7%.
• In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6671 units in December 2022 as compared to 5192 units in December 2021, representing a growth of 28.5%.
• On the Exports front, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 332 units in December 2022 as compared to 810 units in December 2021, representing a decline of 59.0%
• Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses have recorded sales of 218 units in December 2022 as compared to 152 units in December 2021, representing a growth of 43.4%.
